How many different versions of The Torah are there?

It is a known fact that The Bible has multiple versions (apart from the translations) but I was just curious about The Torah. Do different version exist, and if yes, how many are there? Remember, translations into different languages do not count. Different version means that I was to compare them side by side, one would contain words that the other will not have.
