you cant make your hair grow extremly fast quickly but making sure you get all the vitamins you need everyday should help.

Drink vitamin E. Don't over do it. Just take a pill once a day.

take in more protien, you nails will grow more too but you will have healthier longer hair.

keep it dirty. the natural oils that build in your hair while its dirty will help it grow
