Most people dont wear black to weddings, although some brides want their bridesmaids to wear black. Talk to the bride. IF she has a problem with it, find another dress in a different colour that flatters you. But be careful, you dont want to look better than the bride. lol

Some people would say no, but in the U.S. I think it's fine. A lot of people wore black to my December 18 wedding. It's just a classic color ("little black dress"), and a lot of people don't have cold-weather dress clothes in a buffet of colors.

Only if you are not family to the bride or groom. I am getting married next June and if a member of my family wore black, that would upset me. But the bride may not even notice so I would say go for it.

yes, as long as it is in the fall. Which this one is. I wore a black and gold sequin top and a black satin skirt to a fall wedding and it was no big deal.

I'd say wear whatever you want as long as
1. It's dressy enough for the event and 2. It won't take the attention off of the bride.

Yes. Just make sure it's formal enough and appropriate (no sleveless in a church, etc).
