I would say that you are still in bondage to the spiritual forces of wickedness that plague this world. I looked at your profile and I have a similar background having been raised in the 70's when it was cool to try every drug available except for heroin.
Before I became a Christian I used to hang out with people who would do things like eat magic mushrooms and seek to have a spiritual experience through that practice. Now I know that this is actually a form of "sorcery" that is encouraged by demonic spirits who seek to draw people away from God and into the occult.
I pray that God will preserve your life and that when you have reached "the end of your rope" that these words that I am writing today might be resurrected in your heart by the Holy Spirit of God and that you will finally turn to Jesus who is The way, The truth, and The life, amen!

I know the answer to life, the universe and everything, too...it is 42.
Finally, I think that a true prophet would know unequivocally that the word, "god" is Capitalized when speaking of Biblical God.
