Brokolee or asparugusususususususususus. And wait until they get crapped out of your system. Green mess everywhere. If it wasn't bad enough that they poisoned your system with all of those essential vitamins and minerals, you have the crap factor to worry about. Hotdiggitydamn! (Note the spelling mistakes to make the response look even more ignorant- brokolee. Actually, that is a much better spelling of the vegetable. Much more gangsta. It would put fear in fools everywhere.)

It depends on the individual.

For some cabbage is bad for their digestion. For others spinach is bad for their blood clotting factor.

Dr. Education (I assume you don't actually have a doctorate degree in education, since you can't spell), it is spelled "stupid".

Personally, it's my opinion that brussels sprouts are terrible for me, because they smell and taste awful, and would make me sick if I ate them, no matter how they were prepared.
