This hot italian-american woman wants to get cosmetic surgery on her nose. But I think it sets her apart from other women and makes her unique. It is actually hot in my opinion.

well, you could steer her away from plastic surgery by snatching her by her hot big hook nose and guiding her in the other direction (lol) I don't mean any disrespect. on a more serious note- you need to stand by her. If she is considering plastic surgery this is a very serious decision for her. It is something she needs to resolve. even though you think it's hot you need to let her know that no matter what you will always see her real beauty. She has to live with it not you. after all you might find another hot woman with hot big pointed ear's and leave her because those ear's turn you on more than that hot big hook nose you never know.(lol lol lol) sorry

Tell her exactly that...it makes her unique and its what makes her special to you. If that doesn't work, ask her why she really wants to get the surgery done--is it for her? Or is it because she thinks she will fit in better with all the other women? Might make her rethink her decision....
