I did. Biggest mistake I ever made.
I'd had a view beers for a start. My dream floated past and I couldn't resist.....I made chase.
Unfortunately, as I raced, arms outstretched, reaching for my dream, I slipped on a glace cherry and crashed headlong into the neighbour's hedge, damaging my knee and an unfortunate cat called Tuppence.
Won't do that again.

Depends what kind of dream? A dream of being successful and getting where I want to in life? Yes I guess I'm chasing it now, although following it very slowly may be more appropriate.

Yes I have but in some situations you shouldn't "chase" a dream. You have to sneak up on it. If you give chase it might run just that harder to get away from you!

Yes I chased a dream 15yrs ago and we have been together since and have a 14yr old boy as well.

Yes... I caught it too.... But you know the saying 'be careful what you wish for' I think it goes for dreams too...
The trouble with dreams is that you cannot control them and once you are on the spiral who knows which way it will go.
But it was worth it.
