arrested. i didnt threaten this person but just fussed at him. is this legal to arrest someone just for fussing?

What di you saty did you make a threat . als itcan be conmsiderd driving ot endanger . reclelss endangerment and most state now have road ragev laws tht are miosemeanors mening you will get probation a fine , and comunity servive along with now havinga crinalk rcord that follows you every wqhere you go and rember you cna checkp iup on anty ones back grounf for a mear 20 -100 bucks
best to pull ove and call thhe cops if spome one is driving to endange let them take care of it asit is ther job . Yelling at soem onme while driving can lead ot a seriopus incident . you have no idea who is in a car or i youi do know it they are armed intoxicated
Once agaon if you really have a proble on the road and have a cell phonmecall 911 and let the pooice del with it do mnot act on your owen aunlessyou are in danger with the excpetion of MA NY and CA that have laws wher you not the trouble maker will be arreste if youdefend your self . .nwev Onlkyon states with make my day laws CO FL for example v is it even a good idea to defend your self

There are road rage laws now, and unfortunately they will be abused within the legal system like other laws. No, you need to fight this.

If you got out of your car and yelled at him it could be road rage. I know the first one out of the car in road rage looses.
