Anger and hate are not feelings of God and will bring the wrath of God down upon you at some point, there for you have to repent of those feelings and ask forgiveness. It is that simple.

There is no escape from the wrath of God. If you feel anger and hate for someone, ask yourself why. Then try to reconsile your feelings toward this individual, go talk to them, ask their forgiveness and then pray to God for the same forgiveness and you will not feel the wrath. The Lord commands us to love everyone, even our enemies. I love Jim Darwin, What should I do, and the Capt., although they try me sometimes. And yes I am a devout Christian.

You are not supposed to feel anger towards anyone, nor should you hate anyone. The wrath of God is God's alone.

Sorry, I don't follow the last half of your question. If you feel anger and hatred toward someone, pray to God for Him to change your heart to one of forgivness and humility. I just did it this morning!
