you should try some neosporin and maybe a trip to the vet may be necessary because she may be scratching at what is inside not outside the scabs may be a result of itching inside the ear which could suggest ear mites...

you might want to take her to the vet to rule out any other problems, but she may require one of those oh so lovely cone collars for a while to let her ear heal properly...the scabs probably itch and are causing her to scratch them and only make the problem worse - she can't heal correctly, so see the vet and help her heal

First does you cat have any fleas? if so then get rid of them with Advantage or I prefer rfontline plus. Its more then likely ear mites causing this problem.

the most logical answer would be fleas. take it to the doctors and find out the best thing to do or else the infection might get worse.

it sounds like she has ear mites. they live in her ear and bite it. a vet can give you medicine that you put in her ear to get rid of them.

Clip her claws, put some antibiotic ointment on her ear.
Maybe wrap a bandage around her foot, so she can't do as much damage.
