find something else to do to get your mind off food. get out and go excercize or something, but say away from food. or go ahead and eat, but make it something good for you, veggies or a big bowl of soup. you're body's going through sugar withdrawl, it'll take a few days before it calms down, and those first days are gonna be hell, it's just like any other addiction. just keep telling yourself 'I'm stronger than my stomach'. you can do it!

Not good. Dieting is not a good idea, b/c it always leads to binges and worse eating habits. You just need to learn to eat portions whenever you are hungry. Preferably every 3-4 hours. And the kicker is, eat whatever you want. If you resist a certain something you really want, when you do give in to getting it, you'll eat too much of it.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. I start my day off with a good walk and it makes me feel great all day. Keep it up the results are worth it, I lost 20 something pounds and all i really do now is try to keep it off but someone called me skinny the other day and I glowed for the whole day

break down yr meals to about 6 smaller ones and drink water inbetween this will help you more. read tips and articles on weight loss and exercise programs to help you on this site

whenever you feel like eating something you shouldn't, brush your teeth - I read this in Men's Health like 8 years agao and it works - toothpaste makes some things taste disgusting

eat some meat/protein/tofu/soy it won't add too many calories. drink lots of water with it - like24 oz you will feel full
