I think my boarder is a sex ual offender. I need to find out.

If you think your boarder is is committing sexual offences of any kind be it with a child or adult, you need to speak to the police about your concerns.
I would suggest you write down your concerns and why they exist (downloading child porn etc) hanging around with children.. inviting children to your home, and being secretive about why...dishevelled appearance when returning home, then finding out a sexual offence has occurred at about the time he was out etc.
You would then have sufficient concerns to contact the police.
Good luck with this one, its not easy to stick your neck out like this, as for a web site in the UK, no, but I assure you if this guy is known to the police a mere mention of his name will show you they know him or not.

If you think they are doing something to a child, I would go to your local police station ASAP. You may be saving some child's life... Or if you are just suspicious of the person, you should be able to go to a local school and ask for the file of sex offenders. The are notified by the police of any sex offenders moving into the area and will have the address. Hopefully, not yours!!.

Why not ask at your local police station. If the man is a registered sex offender, they will be able to access the sex offenders registry database and let you know.

I think your best option is to phone your local police station and voice your concern, they will check for you. At the moment there is no public access to the sex offenders register. If you watch the news you will see that they are trying to bring about the same law that the USA has Its called Megans Law and people are currently trying to bring about a Sarahs Law here. Best option phone your local police

each state has thier own sex offender registry in the USA. Try looking up sex offender registry for your city you live in or even call the police in your city they can find out for you

Under my source is the national sex offender registry address. In this website, you can search specific zip codes in the U.S., so if you know where he's from, you can search it. You can also search by first and last name.
