That's a hard on. I'm assumming this chick is into you and would like a relationship with you? Well great personalities don't always make good compaions. So I just suggest you just tell her that you do like her but your just not interested in persuing a relationship with her at this time. Be honest though....

I personnnaly think you shouldnt care about physical stuff , but seeing your a man you probably wont change so dont be an *** , dont lie to her but dont tell her a bunch of bull. Try and find another reason for not going out with her other than the physical and tell her that.

just be honest, but think of her feelings as you tell her... Let her know how great you think she really is, juts tell her that you rather not loose your friendship to a relationship that you don't know where it could lead... Honesty is the best policy....
