Hair? Well, just be healthy overall and it will help your whole body be healthier not just your hair. Exercise. Eat Healthy. Take a Multivitamin every day. Biotin is good for the hair, so is iron and vitamin C. One person said Vitamin A... yes, but excessive amounts of Vitamin A can actually cause hair loss. Massage your scalp for blood circulation. Mane n' Tail is a great shampoo... but the kinds you get in the stores are diluted. Go to a feed barn for the real deal. Don't shampoo your hair everyday either... every other day is better to maintain the natural oils in your hair instead of making it too dry. Trim your hair a little every 3 to 6 months. Don't dye it or use any kind of chemical on it. Don't use heat. Straightening irons and even blow dryers are horrible. Wash your hair in cold water!!! Hot water is bad. It makes your hair follicles expand which can make you shed more hair in the shower. Cold water makes the follicles contract which is much better. Never brush or comb your hair while it's wet. Use conditioner only on your tips, never the roots. Don't touch your hair too much, makes for split ends... Ummm that's all I can think of for now.

Hair is basically used protein. When I was younger and wanted to make my hair grow faster and thicker I took pre-natal pills (don't laugh) - they are designed for pregnant women to get all the necessary vitamins and so on to help maintain their own body and that of their unborn child. If you aren't pregnant then the extra material from these vitamins/nutrients gets used as much as it can by your own body. And in these pills the best way to get them used up and out of your body is to send it to the hair.

My hair grew faster and a tad thicker. Another side effect was harder fingernails. Which sucked cause I was a guitar player in a metal band at the time.

My nails were dry and brittle along with my hair, 1st blood test about 4 months, just had another a week ago. My nails all grew out and are drop dead beautiful , hair is growing like weeds and very healthy. So try it it truly works!!

If youre talking about hair, Trim your ends regularly.
I got real sick one time and aaall my hair fell out, bald on top. I was told to get "Rosemary leaves, Sage leaves, Nettle leaves, and a little Jojoba oil-or castor oil", (you can get this at health stores) boil it like Tea, When its cool, put it in a squirt bottle and spray it on your hair and scalp, every day. Make sure you refrigerate so it doesnt get rancid. Be careful not to let it drip on your clothes.
My hair has grown back! Also Biotin is good for hair and nail growth. Good luck!
