"Massive deportations "would require separating parents from their 3 million American-born children," he said, earlier this month at the Cato Institute, a libertarian think tank in Washington. "Some say the children could decide if they go with their parents or stay. Can you imagine that?"

I think this is the biggest constitutional CATCH22 in American history! Like all legal issues at cause, it will remain on the books for years to come...I don't expect mass deportations any time soon.

There Are Millions Of Children
That Are Seperated From Their Parents

That's ridiculous. Why want any of these people step froward and help out. When you break the law there is a price to pay. These kids can go to Mexico it's not off limits, it's about the choices you make in life.America is full of kids separated from their parents. At what point does the illegal take responsibly they created their own reality not us . Why are they even having more kids when they already know what the laws of immigration are ?

No child just be left without their parents, there is enough of that going on with our own people. Hell we have parents in the US who can murder their children, and dump them off somewhere but you have parents who are obvious trying to care for their children, and love them and most of all WANT them. Our society is sick and twisted we can not change it. Sure let's make it harder on these poor children, you can either go with your parents with no hope of a future, or stay here get well educated and become something. That's really fair to these kids, how would they like it if their kids had to make a decision like that? Thank you for letting me rant, I'm just tired of the way Americans look at children of a different culture. I should know my 10 month old daughter is part mexican.

They must be awful parents not to care enough for their children. How could they just abandon them after bringing them into a foreign country illegally? Since the alien birth right of citizenship is unconstitutional and soon to be reversed they are not US citizens anyway.

So what's your answer, Bunt? Do we wait and wait and wait on the immigration question until it's 30 million kids? I say this:
make 'anchor babies' history by going ahead and installing one ICE agent per hospital that can speak SPANISH and clearly explain that as soon as the baby's healthy enough to travel, the family's headed home.

Get the border fence going too, and help stop the problem before it starts. Eventually, the ppl in Mexico will start to get the idea,
and you could help by writing your city council in support of humane border enforcement too. How much of YOUR paycheck do you feel like forking over to support someone else's kids, Bunt? Not even american kids, for that matter...feeling generous?
8.5 trillion in red ink, and climbing, Bunt...your personal 'share' of that is now 28 grand. What? You don't recall signing any loan papers? What? Golly, now that you mention it, neither do I....

Why do you think Illegals have kids right away here or simply walk in when there Nine months pregnant? They want Anchor babies. I'm sorry but, HEY they took that chance. It's in my opinion NO Different that the father who might Rob a bank to get money to care for his family and gets caught and ends up in prison. He took the CHANCE. We've certainly made enough excuses as to why these illegals are here and why they should stay. You can cut it slice it whatever it doesn't change the FACTS they KNEW they were BREAKING the law upon entry. They took that chance anyway. Now we have people Bawling and whining because there Anchors might get left behind. Newsflash: IF THEY HAD OBEYED THE LAW TO BEGIN WITH THEY WOULDN'T BE FACING THIS SITUATION. Please stop defending Criminals and feeling sorry for the consequences they face for there actions they did this to themselves.

I imagine it,I dream about.I relish the thought. Please tell me more good news.I doubt too many anglos would be heartbroken if 3 million undocumented guest worker excretions took their Mama"s and Padres{if they could identify them} the Heck back to Mexico.Maybe a "deliverer" will be born among them , to free them from bondage and lead them to the promised land,or maybe over a cliff.

Deportations do that. They always have. Since one 'method' illegals use to get social services and to persuade people to let them stay is to have kids here, we can't say 'gee if they have kids they can stay.' Quite a lot of them walk across the border pregnant, right into a hospital. That is why they are called 'anchor babies'.

I doubt we will have mass deportations of the good sort, but there is one in a church right now who should go immediately, in my opinion.

Massive deportations would not require separating parents from their children ... they are perfectly allowed to bring their children with them back home, nobody would stop them. What kind of parents are they anyway if they prefer to leave their children behind??
