You know, they know that they are able to dominate you and they believe they can have their way with you in the future. Maybe it is best not to fight so they will never know if they can repeatedly dominate you. You see the logic here?

Simple rule: Don't fight unless your life depends on it. Then fight as if your life depends on it. Stay out of fights. Crushing a carotid artery or putting out someone's eye or tearing out their larynx is serious business only reserved for life and death situations. In the street is not the time to spar. That is for UFC and boxing rings. In the street, street smarts is key, then be armed with a gun you are expert with. Back that up with a spiderco police knife or similar. After that be ready to fight with fingers, hands, elbows, knees, head or whatever it takes. Always aim for vital targets. Be thus prepared and then stay out of trouble. You see a group of guys. Perhaps harmless. I don't chance it. I avoid them altogether. Be prepared to fight, and then avoid it as much as in your power.

If you get beat up and have a proplem with it then it takes a few thing s to make sure that person doesnt beat you down again if thats what might happen. First get biger. If they pushed you around cause they were bigger you have to be stronger. Not stronger then the opponent but strong enough to not get manhandled. If they are in better shape then you you have to condition. You will just about always get jacked if you cant breath after 40 seconds of intense wrestleing or grappling. Finally how good is the person that beat on you. Are they trained or just a tough guy. Either way if you really wanted to get over the hump you have to know more about fighting. Find some one at the gym that can get you in on some muay thai training. You will deveolp stregnth, conditioning, and a knowledge of destruction. If you find someone good to teach you, you just might gain the discipline neede to keep yourself out of street fights, which would be far more valuable then any revenge.

Nice try. Spreading ye wisdom eh? Well, no matter how hard you try people will do stupid things like that anyway. ANd truthfully a street fight is exactly that, anyone with a real life (like, no drugs, beer, hookers, and wild crazy alcoholic parties) is not going to be on the streets getting in fights (in general, there are exceptions I'm sure). And also, you will probably never see the person you fought again anyway. So it is all good unless you will see him again and he is an ***. Like me, if I ever shut someone out in a fight I wouldn't just fight them again later because i can, that's cowardess. If they start to attack me hell yeah I wouild fight back and probably whoop them again if I did before. But, I don't get into street fights and have only punched two or three people in my life out of anger.

I think the loser should be secretly planning and plotting and training for the reverse domination. Though I think the dominator will indeed want to keep dominating the loser over and over again, teasing and making them feel like a lesser! Thas it the golden prize given to the winner

But never let go, maybe next time that person will be the one giving the K.O.

P.S play street fighter too. It'll enhance yo skilllzzz

The loser's attitude in defeat is submission. The winner's attitude is 'there's always another time'. In the interregnum, the winner will enhance his skills. Brute strength is not all there is in street fight, there's also the ability to fight in wily terms... for as long as it is a square fight and no holds barred, a learned vital attack will be more than enough to overturn such concept of domination--hit the groin and he'll come away limping; hit the throat and he'll be hacking and wheezing all his life. BUT, is this realy all there is; all fight and fight?

Street fights, and indeed, any fights, are all about domination and turf. There is logic in your reasoning, but how do you sow seeds of doubt in their mind about whether you choose not to fight because you don't have to prove your superiority, or whether you choose not to fight because you are afraid of being beaten?
That is the quintessential problem that faces pacifists of all stripes. If you can show superiority in some other way, that may be sufficient to sow the seeds of doubt in their mind. Most street fighters, like most bullies, tend to take on 'sure things' and if they aren't sure they can beat you, will leave you alone. But you have to give them reason to believe that you have some type of superior attribute for this to work. It's carrying your logic just one step farther.

Or you could fight them until you win to let them know that you are not a punk that backs down................ so then they will know that you will fight back................... You see the logic here........ so it's just a matter of opinion.......... it seems like if you don't fight someone that wants to fight you then they will keep picking with you because they think you are scared and they will dominate you anyway..............

Here's the way I look at it, if you ever have to fight someone you know you can't take, at least make sure he realizes that he was in a fight the next day. Leave your mark by any means necessary.

Generally after the fight they will have more respect for you that you were at least willing to stand up for you. If you show you're willing to fight without hesitation, they'll know that unless its something worth fighting over, they'd be better off leaving you alone. Even if they win, they won't come out unscathed, and usually thats enough to make it not worth it.

yes i agree if they beat the s*** outta you they will come back for more epically when they are feeling weak or inferior. the fact that they know they can beat you tells them that they are better than you, and they need to remind themselves that they are better than some one else Evey once and awhile. they do this by kicking your a** again. but if you put up a good fight, win or lose no matter, cause it would be too much trouble for them to kick your a** again just to prove a point to them selves. get it?
