Your situation isn't uncommon today. If your making 15.00 an hour. The employer can lay you off and hire two Illegals at 7.50. Two for one. I would try and contact your Local Labor board. But to be honest there's probably not alot you can do. It'll end up your word against there's. And you'd be surprised the lies people you once thought of as friends might tell about you if they to feel there job is on the line. I'm sorry this doesn't help get your job back but if you wanna get even. VOTE!!!!! This November send DC a message that we have had enough of what you just described. Vote against ALL Pro Illegals Get the WORD out WE MUST VOTE or nothing will get done. Send there supports home so we can send them home.

Your boss is just doing it the American way. Americans typically want more for less so you need to look for a new job. If you can speak English why the hell are you doing a job your boss can outsourse to illegal immigrants??

Report your boss to Immigration and sue the pants off him. It is people like him who make illegal immigration worse. If there weren't jobs for them here, they would quit coming here.
