The word "Yukino". . .what does it mean?
And have I spelled it correctly?

As a word entirely I do not think it exists (a name, perhaps). I'm only a year-three Japanese student so I could be wrong.

However, there is "yuki no" which is spelled as either ゆきの or using kanji: 雪の.
Yuki means snow and no is a possessive particle. So, say, if the sentence was something like 雪のようにしろい (the apperance of the snow is white).

There is also yuki no where the "yuki" takes the same place as "iki", making: 行きの and meaning "going/bound for".
Such as 行きのれっしゃ(Train-bound).

You spelled it correctly.
We use it for a girl's name. For instance, 雪乃
It might be someone's surname. For instance, 行野
