I get the feeling that alot of people are questioning their religion.
There is only one GOD but we have many religions. and they all say that their religion is the right way to GOD. Its all very confusing and very difficult to realy know who or what to believe.
Read the bible, the torah and the Quran with an open heart and let your heart decide. Our minds have been confused with misinformation. Only our hearts know what is true.
Our hearts have been sealed for so long and the truth is the key that will unlock our hearts and set us free from the chains of lies that are stopping us from returning to GOD. The truth will set you free.

The increasing interest in religion is now clear for many reasons, the so many religions in the world now may be a reason, and the excessive technological media everywhere may be on also, or say the hot accelerating events reflects the religion differences in the world .

But know what, The Judgment Day is getting closing indeed, this does not mean that it is this year or the next of course, I don't know and no other one knows but it's near .

Which truth would that be? The myths, superstitions, fairy tales and fantastical delusions of a tribe of ignorant Bronze Age fishermen and wandering goat herders? Things like a terrarium earth, talking snakes and donkeys, demons, friendly spirits, evil spirits, walking on water, multiplying loaves and fishes, people raising from the dead, stopping the sun in its tracks, parting seas, people being bodily sucked up into heaven (which, by the way, lies on the other side of the sky), world-wide floods, creating people from dust bunnies and ribs, magical trees of knowledge, gods speaking from burning bushes... and ritual cannibalism by eating god in the form of a cracker?

In a sane world, if there was somebody running around spouting ANY of this crap, he would be locked up in the State Farm for the Funny. Apparently, though, mass insanity seems to convey some sort of free pass.

well, we dont KNOW that there is only ONE "GOD"

take christianity, against evolution, idles, abortion, gay relation, other gods, etc.-- think how many times it had to be translated to get to english-- its like the telephone game, most of it was bound to be mis-interpreted, or false--

We don't know that maybe the "lord" INTENDED evolution, that it was all part of his plan, etc.

I'm not like anti-christian,
I went to a private school for 7 years,
I've studied about...hm.. 6 religions (not many, I'm working on it)
and to be honest, they ALL make sense.

Maybe it's not so much about one being right, just finding something that makes us, BELIEVE.

For instance, I would LOVE for re-encarnation to be real, what an awesome concept.
Have you seen the movie "What Dreams May Come" ?
check it out..its fantastic.

i really do believe the world is coming to an end,if not in our life-time, then surely soon after--
the bible describes a balls of fire dropping from the sky when the day comes--

I believe that will be a result of either Global Warming (who's effects will have made enormous impact on the globe by 2050)
or nuclear bombs (world war 3)

..Scared Shitless my friend, scared shitless.

EEEHA!!! Thankfully, the great interest is steering from restricting & spirit-stifling doctrines to spirituality & seeking the knowledge to be wiser people in both our humanity & spirit growth. Amen to this!

There is no "Judgement Day" save that time that you get to see your lifetime & get to critique it when you arrive Home again...more of a spirit learning than a real judgement...depends on perspective, I guess.

However...if you mean the end of the world as we know it now...yes, this great shift will reak havoc among the governing powers who have relied on religious factions to control it's masses, as well as rock the boats of these same sects from their powers points...truth sometimes hurts...Boo Hoo!

No. It only proves that increased fear makes the mind do irrational things.

BTW: questioning one's religion should be done by everyone. Questions are a way of growing and developing. When we stop questioning, our development stops. Our minds stagnate and slowly atrophy.

Any concept that cannot stand up to questions is not worth considering.

I don't really notice an increase in religion, atheism was invented at the dawn of modern science, and exists today. And even today, we still have some pretty radically wierd religions. but long ago, everyone had some kind of god or gods.
I am not saying it is not upon us, or that it is, I am just saying I see a bit less religion today.

You make some good points here, but I tend to think the reason there are so many religions on earth, is that there are so many gods. Granted though, there can only be one Supreme, ruling God. All creation is subject to Him, including all other gods, angels, etc.

Let's hope the world is going to end soon! I don't really like it here...it's cool for the time being but I know that everything will be perfect when I see my Fathers face for the first time as I enter into my paradise! :) I'm a born again Christian by the way

I have found it interesting that in the light of what is going on in the middle east, there seems to be a real interest in the bible prophecy and talk of the "end times", and judgment, yes.

I believe there is only one way to God, by Jesus Christ. I pray that people seeking find their way to Him.
