they do it on those missing chlidren crads and on americas most wanted...u kno wat i mean..u upload a pic and it simulates what you will look like in ten years...it doesnt matter if it costs money...

here's an inexpensive way:
open up a photo editing software, add a few lines on your forehead and eyes. pull your face around so it is fatter.

no they don't they use them in teh fbi and stuff but they don't have any for the computer
