I'm 21, from Saskatchewan, and I really love a good second hand/retro/vintage store if any of you know any. I plan to go shopping when I'm in Victoria this week, but I don't really know where to go.

Fort Street is for you. Just off of Yates street downtown. There is a mall right downtown on Yates. And start walking down Fort from there is full of second hand stores and auction houses. It is known as Antiques Row.
There is a lot of that in Victoria. I tend to think it is more upper end stuff, so not sure if that is what you want. But it is what Victoria has, so you can be in that mindset. Bring money. lol.
From this link there are over a dozen locations on Fort street, or close by.

Go the city. Or there's always highpoint.
