Yes. I do in the mornings, and throughout the day... Lately that voice that says, "Nyaa Nyaa Nyaaaa" has quieted down considerably. And yes, sometimes there is silence. :) Thanks for asking!

I wish I could do that. My prayers with God are a form of meditation for me, but even then my mind tends to go in a thousand different directions at once. If I could learn to meditate, maybe my prayers would be more focused. If I've ever had silence within me, I haven't found it.

i meditate, not often enough as i'm really busy, but yes, i try to find the calm silent center within. i do this by imagining myself floating in a pond and when i sink to the bottom i am in a field where the wind is blowing yet silent and the sun beams on my face.

Yes, I do. I find the best place in in the woods. The best time is right after midnight. The whole world is silent then, and I just melt into it.
