Hi there. I have very curly hair too, and I must confess that I am a product junkie, I used to straighten it all the time but gave up...it was far too much work. So- what I love the most is Bumble and Bumble's curl line called curl conscious...its a cream that works beautifully. I am not a fan of the crunchy, wet, zig zag look, and this does not do that. Whats nice is its made for Thin-Medium hair or Medium to thick hair which is nice depending on what type of hair you have. To make it last through the day I sometimes add a little of John Frieda, frizzease curling mouse to the mix and it works fabulously every time. Bumble and bumble is pricey but I think its worth it. Bumble and bumble products can be hard to find, but you can find the ones nearest you on their website. I'd just google it. Hope this helps.

For daily use, I use Aussie Moisturizing Shampoo($3) and Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner($3)- brush the conditioner through your hair and rinse. Also good from the Aussie line are the Leave-in Conditioning Creme ($3) for soft curls and Curling Gel Spray ($3) for hard curls. I don't want to sound like an Aussie sales rep, but their hairsprays are great too- just know that hairsprays do tend to dry out your hair, so use sparingly.

If you have serious frizz issues not solved by conditioning, try VO5 Hot Oil Treatment ($4).

You can find all of these products at any drug store or in the beauty section of Walmart or Target.

Gotta love your curls! ^_^

Firstly stop straightening your hair, your just stretching out your hair fibres and the 'curls' you desire so. To achieve some glam curls stop straightening your hair for a week--ouch I know it's hard but it gives your hair a break and time to recuprate. Take a shower and scrunch your hair with mousse (I like using Finesse and Suave Volume Mousse) and apply some hair serum (Any kind is good) then scrunch again and hairspray your hair. Blowdry/Diffuse your curls and you should have some shiny fuzz free curls! If you do have any loose or uncurled fuzzy strands just use a curling iron!

Paul Mitchel's Foaming Pomade! I have the same issue and have used it for 4 years now. It will relax the curls a bit, hold the hair some, add shine that makes it look wet, and will not crispify your hair. Quite frankly, it has to be the best hair product ever created. Check the Avatar. That's what my hair looked like before I had to whack it all off for a professional job. No sh it.

I have curly hair, and my favorite products are by Aveda. Their Phomollient is good to put in your hair when it's wet. Be Curly by Aveda is good combined with a gel. And then when your hair is drying, their Anti-Humectant pomade is great for taming frizz. Generally you need to experiment with products, and know that if you want to keep it frizz-free, you definitely need a bit of product in your hair.

I have really curly/frizzy hair and it took me forever to figure out how to make it look good. At this point, I'm brushing it out in the shower when it has conditioner in it (I use tresemme, it works pretty well), and putting some kind of leave in conditioner in it afterwards. Then I don't touch it or do anything to it until it dries. It works pretty well. Also, I braid my hair every night, so that might have something to do with it.

Use a good conditioner daily, but only on the ends, not on the roots. Then put a dime sized amount of pomade in it while its still wet. Then use a mousse in it-I use the Dove kind, all of it works well on curly hair. Then flip it over and blow dry on high for a couple of minutes, then switch to low and blow dry. When its like 95% dry, hair spray it and your ready. Works great on my hair.

You say "I have super curly hair"
So simply enjoy it and maintain it. Many keep trying making it curly. So you need not. Don't think of too many products. simply shampoo and apply good oil. That is really fine yaaaaaa !
