21 is the legal drinking age in all the states. 18 is in some of the territories (provinces of the USA). Cheaper choice though might be to go to Canada at 19 or Mexico if you are 18.

You can't legally purchase alchohol anymore in the US if you are under 21. It's not a Fedaral Law but highway funding is revoked if states don't follow this guideline so they all do.

However, there are 15 states that don't have a drinking age which means you can drink it but can't buy it. I don't know which states those are. Most states let you drink at any age if you are with your parents or a spouse that is over 21.

No, it's a Federal regulation. The minimum legal age is 21, all states.

Which doesn't make sense to me. If you're old enough to fight for your country at 18, and make all other "adult" decisions, why can you not make the decision to drink or not to drink at 18?

Oh well..... *lol* Anyway.... Yeah.... 21 in The U.S....

:)

- There are a few exceptions, you can read more about them at the bottom of this websites.....

I believe all states had to change the age to 21. The federal asst. for highways was tied into the drinking age and for financial reasons every state raised the age to 21.

No, I think it's 21 anywhere in the U.S. That's why so many kids go to Mexico or Canada to party legally! LOL

No, too many irresponsible 18-20 year olds I guess. Why else would they have raised the drinking age?
