You say that you are French and I suppose then that you could not know "gonna" is slang. I used it a lot myself as I am a homeless person who has had a fine education. And, a fine education and homelessness are at odds with each other. Saying something like "I am going to give you the banana; please be patient," will cause you trouble. "I am gonna give you the banana: just wait," could save you from a beating. You could dumb down a bit with "I gonna give you the banana," if the need arose.
I am not an expert on language. Nonetheless, I can verify these expressions as true English as spoken by natives here. And, I might add that only some of whom are uneducated ( some like myself dumb down to survive.)
As to the wisdom of speaking French in the park? I find it an interesting question. But, it was not asked.

Neither. Both are incorrect for the English Language. What you should be saying is
"I am going to".
I'm gonna, or I gonna is "slang" - not proper at all.

I'm gonna and I gonna is not a good way to say it.. You should say I am going to, that sounds better...

I am going to is proper grammar, gonna is a made up word which means going to and is a way to say it faster and with an accent.

"I'm gonna" or the more formal English expression, "I'm going to" would be appropriate because "I'm" is a contraction (shortened form) of "I am".
So you're saying "I am gonna . . . ", but I personally recommend "I'm going to" because "gonna" is considered slang, the sign of a not-so-intelligent speaker.
Good luck!

well an easy way to figure it out is to take it out of the slang format...because I'm gonna translates to i am going to whereas i gonna translates to i going to...obviously the first one is correct so you would use i'm gonna

It's a contraction of "I am going to" so it would be "I'm gonna." But "I'm going to" is just as good, and grammatically correct, which "I'm gonna" isn't.
