I'm 17 years old and 110lbs. I'm trying to lose 20lbs. For a Pageant coming up in November. So I started taking Leanfire.V2 Inferno Diet pills. I don't know if its just me or this is how the pills work, but I feel sick about 2 or 3 hours after I take them. I get tired, nausea, dizzy, and a headache. I just started taking them about 3 or 4 days ago. And I only take one a day. Are these normal side effects? Or am I just to young to take them?

I am 4'11/5'0. And the fact that i'm short I look like a cupcake. I workout close to 4 or 5 times a week. Which is alot, cuz I went from sleeping 12 to 13 hours a day. And that means eating then sleeping. To working out daily. But I do appreciate the advice, and i'll take it into concideration.

Thanks,
BrittanY

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

It's not that you're too young to take diet pills because I don't think you are too young. I took diet pills when I was 17. But you're not using them right and I bet my life on it. You're supposed to take diet pills before you eat to lessen your hunger so you won't eat as much. But you're taking them and not eating anything at all; that's why you feel sick and dizzy. Those are NOT normal side effects. Take the pills with food or don't take them at all. By the way, 110 pounds for a 17 year old girl is borderline too skinny. I know you're trying to be in a pagent though. You look fine the way you are. Girls would kill to weigh that much.

stop the pills, now!! why would you want to weigh 90 lbs.?? ( unless you're under 5 ft.) get to your doctor for an evaluation before you start any diet plan. diet pills are not a good way to go for weight loss. good luck!!

Your body is telling you to stop taking them. Listen to your body!
How tall are you? 90 pounds does not sound healthy, unless you are under 5 feet tall, which I doubt.
Don't do dumb things to your body when you are young. Your body is your temple. Treat it well. You have time before the pageant. Just eat healthy and exercise. You will look healthy, not emmaciated.
Some day you may want to have children. Don't mess up your body and try to weigh some crazy amount.
You seem fairly intelligent to me. Focus on ways to improve yourself,...education, spritual growth, etc. Those will shine through.
Take care of yourself!

There is no good age for diet pills. They are extremely dangerous and should never be used under any circumstances. Besides, you are extremely thin already, and you have no weight to lose. You want to get down to 90 pounds ? PLEASE ! Get real ! You CLEARLY don't need to ! In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you were slightly underweight.

Diet pills are bad for anyone. How tall are you? If you weigh 110 do you really need to lose 20lbs?

No pills are going to help you. You need to just workout. Drink protein drinks. Lay off the carbs. Eat lots of protein.
