I didn't see the word "legally" so the answer would be yes. Anywhere you want. Drink up and impress your so called friends. Drink as many mixed drinks as you can with a beer in between each... follow up with some cheap champagne and scotch. Don't forget to wear your most "grown up" clothes as to impress others while your getting all giddy and giggly. Oh yeah... this would be a good time to give up your virginity if you still have it.

Oh yes, there are plenty of countries around the world where you can be 18 to drink alcohol. There are places like Mexico, Canada, China, Philippines, and Taiwan.

I'm in Manitoba, Canada. Drinking age here is 18, but some provinces it is 19.

england you can drink some forms from 14....
in mainland europe you can drink whatever you like reall,y but you the way their societies work you do so from a young age (5?) and learn to handle alcohol and how much can be drunk, whilstunder supervision of parents etc
