The best thing you can do is tell your sister. She has a right to know, and he won't be able to get out of this rut on his own.

Honey, if you want the best for your sister...you should tell her. Of course it's going to hurt her, but she needs to know these things. It's not fair for her to live life not knowing that her husband will obviously get with any chick who allows it at the drop of a hat, especially if he's drunk. You're sister deserves a loyal husband. And I'd definately get a new job if he's your boss.

A substance abuser is going to keep on using until he/she gets treatment; it's the nature of the illness. Your sister and their kids are going to be affected by his using until he sobers up or dies. Can you encourage them to check with their local mental health services/family services? Many families/friends of users also find considerable support in Alcoholics Anonymous and other allied self-help programs.

Your brother-in-law needs help with the alcohol. Try getting him to rehab with the help of your sister. I know you don't want to hurt your sister, but you need to tell her how serious this situation is. Your brother-in-law really needs help; you and your sister getting him the help he needs is all you can do as of now. I wish you all the best of luck!

I would of slapped the **** out of him, called my sister and told her she better get her *** home now or else I am going to kill her perverted husband. She can get mad at me all she wants, but they would both know I'm not putting up with that crap and jobs come and go.

Tell your sister what happen and let her take it from there. Be careful though she may turn on you, if she does at least when she gets hurt, and she will, she can not blame you. And your conscious will be clear

You really need to tell your sister. If he is doing that to you then its hard telling who else he tries messing with. Also if you don't tell her it will bother you forever. She needs to know what kind of man she is married to and you should be there to help her. Its not your fault..

Tell your sister she needs to know what kind of guy she married. It's not fair to her to keep it a secret either.
