You don't drink evaporated milk, its for use in some recipes, only add water if that's what the recipe dictates.

If you mean powdered milk. Yes, add water. If you're talking about the milk in the can. It's ready to use.

If the recipe calls for evaporated milk, use it in it's original form...don't water it down!

There is a product that is called exaporated milk... I would say, follow the directions in what ever recipe you're following... if it says add water, then do so, if it says to just use it how it is, do that...

Huh? I know it goes with coffee. Or add on to your gelatin or over iced scrambled desert.

Yes there should be directions on the can. You can use it instead of fresh whole milk. We used it a lot in cooking when I was a kid.
