I can't download my yahoo mail folders into outlook, only the main inbox. Is there a way to get all the folders across?

Nope, can't do that. You can only pull your inbox.
You have to set up the folders manually in Outlook. You can then log on to to your Yahoo inbox using the web interface and move the contents of each folder back into the Inbox and then launch Outlook and they'll download into your Outlook Inbox where you can then move them to the appropriate folder.
