I'm 27 years old. I have been with my girlfriend for 6 years on and off, I love her and don't want to be without her. It seems that everytime I go out with my friends I end up in bed with another women........... 5 girls in a month

you know, most people would judge you and call you names but I think that is a valid concern - there should be something in you that says "this is wrong" - the best way to avoid cheating is to not put yourself in a situation where it might happen - you will get caugh, my friend, believe me - you can take one of two roads - you can try to bed as many women as you can or you can be with one woman that you have a connection with - good luck

My god, I feel bad for you. If you think she is the one then you wouldn't be cheating in the first place my friend.
You might be insecure that's why you need a lot of attention from other girls, or maybe you are frustrated.
Find yourself home with your girlfriend, share the things.
If you can't picture yourself always being with her than be honest with yourself and her and stop the relation. You are not giving her a chance to choose, tell her. If she leaves you than you got your other friends if she stays than maybe you can get rid of this cheating.

First learn what love is. And second of all you need to love yourself. Bexause if you can't picture life without her, then why would you do things to jeopardize it?? And you should break up with her anyway, do her and yourself a favor. Once you've cheated, it's not a meaningful relationship anyway, it's full of lies and deceit and it's not true. well the way i would suggest may be unorthodox but it works.
1. remove your pants
2. remove your underwear
3. hold sharp knife in right hand
4.hold your thingy in left hand and pull till stretched
5. close eyes
6. deeep breath
7. quickly chop it off.
