Easy; Muroc Army Air Field.
Muroc Army Air Field has many long runways, the longest of which, KEDW, is the world's longest runway stretching a runaway 7.5 miles or 12.1 kilometers in length.
Why is it so long? Among other things it has to be able to accommodate the Space Shuttle.
But the Space Shuttle lands at Edwards Air Force Base in California you say?
Muroc Army Air Field was renamed Edwards Air Force Base in 1950 in memory of test pilot Glen Edwards.
