You can't with out the help of your local phone company and police department. If the call is private it is purposely being blocked. Call you local phone company and ask to speak to their Annoyance Call Bureau ( If it's that serious) they can put a trace on your line and if the person calls back they MIGHT be able to trace it but the info goes directly to the police department and they contact you with the information.
