When they vomit yellow bile, their tummy is empty. If it is a small breed dog, it is probably having episodes of low blood sugar(hypoglycemia) and it could die. I leave food out for my Chihuahuas all the time because they are prone to low blood sugar. I keep nutrical on hand for times like this, altho it has only happened once in the eight years that I have been raising chihuahuas. Nutrical is a high calorie, vitamin.mineral supplement that you can get at a pet store or at the vet's. It is in a tube like toothpaste. If you do not have ny in the house, you can give it karo syrup. Then you should take it to the vet.

We are not vets and we cannot diagnose your dog over the Internet. It sounds like he could be having seizures or there is something Neurologically wrong with him. You really need to get off your computer, find an Emergency Vet if your regular vets office is closed and get him in NOW! Emergency Vets are open 24/7. Why didn't you take him to the vet when you first started noticing him doing this a few days ago? Don't wait any longer! Get him to a vet Immediately, if you don't want anything to happen to your dog.

the first time my dog vomited bile, i called the vet. They said sometimes they can do that from hunger or an otherwise empty stomach. The second time, i put her through a battery of tests including xrays, ultra sound and blood work. The full diagnosis was a sensitive stomach which can be common in small mixed breeds. We have learned to live with it and help her when it happens. However, she has never been dizzy or fallen down. Yo ushould bet intouch with her/his vet .

Has he had access to any poisons, chemicals or anti-freeze? Because it sounds like it's something he's ingested.
The vomiting could cause dehydration, which can be serious, but the other symptons are a sign your dog needs your help and since he can't tell you what is going on, a trip to your vet is in order as soon as possible. If he is steadily getting worse, don't wait get him to an emergency veterinarian hospital.

Call your vet ASAP! If this is something that just started happening or gets any worse, call TODAY!!! Getting dizzy and falling down should not be taken lightly. There are a lot of things that can cause stuff like that...ear infections, neurological problems, poisons. Don't take the chance...go to the vet.

That is what happened to my cat. He was vomiting yellow stuff and he couldn't hardly walk, He kept falling down. I don't really know what was wrong with him. He disappeared the day after that, so I think he died. I would suggest you take your dog to the vet today, if possible.

My dog used to do this too. It turns out he ust had a sensitive stomach. I had to switch his food & make sure that the floor were always clean in my house...and also that no one ever gave him table scraps. He hasn't had any problems since...
