you should get ahold of Ad-Aware. It's a program that will scan and clean any spyware off your computer. :) quite nice. Spy-Bot's another one, as far as an antivirus, there are several out there... I use symantec. Um... for temp files, there's a program under "start, programs, accessories, system tools" called Disk Cleanup that will remove temp internet files and the like.
