Thyme Lemon Sirloins.
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 boneless beef top sirloin steaks (about 8 - 10 ounces each
and 1 inch thick.
In a small bowl, combine the lemon peel, garlic, thyme, salt
and pepper. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the seasoning mixture
for steaks. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in lemon juice
and remaining seasoning mixture. Set aside and keep warm.
Rub steaks with reserved seasoning mixture. Grill steaks, un-
covered, over medium heat for 8 - 12 minutes on each side or
until meat reaches desired doneness. Serve with reserved
buttersauce.

It really depends on what kind of beef you want to barbecue. If it is a steak - a nice rump steak - barbecue it about 12 minutes all together. 3 minutes on one side, then turn it, 3 minutes on the other side, turn it again and another 3 minutes, and turn it again for the last 3 minutes. Then let it rest for about 5 minutes, and it will be perfect.

marinate your meat..with alittle Wishbone oil and vinegar dressing and and alittle orange juice..lime..and some onion and bell pepper, cilantro ..garlic and cumin alittle salt ..pepper....over night..and then start your fire and lay it on the grill ..watch it so to see how you wanna cooked..to your perfection and taste..
