I'm going to be travelling everyday to and from by town to another city everyday soon to go to University. I get headaches really easily sometimes from travelling so much. I was wondering there was anything I could do that other than not travel, which could prevent the headaches, or lessen the pain, such as eat certain vitamins or foods.
