If you put a piece of lettuce under the cottage cheese, and topped it with a chopped up tomato, you would have a lunch dish that meets all your requirements. And tastes good.

It doesn't sound like a good meal. I prefer cream cheese on wheat toast. But if this diet works for you than I guess its okay.

I bet if you add some peach slices or pears to that it would be even yummier.

how about melted cheese on toast and low fat ham. doesn't seem so lo-calorie 2 me but try it after your diet. its great, i swear!
