nightmares are usually just your sub conscious mind trying to solve or reenact your problems.
look into your life and find key problems that might lead you to your nightmare
go to a spa, get a confession, see a psychologist, worship more, hike into the woods
anything to make your head clearer in order for you to solve your problems.

For nightmares occurring throughout the week, there are different causes. However, many a times nightmares when occurring only on a particular day of the week has a different cause, which maybe like someone taking a psychoactive substance on that particular day, which may result in nightmares. Sometimes aversion to something that is planned or destined may also lead to such a problem.

It has to be one of two reasons that the nightmares happen every saturday night.
1. Something disturbing has happened or is happening to you that you associate with a saturday night or sunday morning.
2. Your habits are different on saturday than any other day. For instance, are you staying up late friday night, sleeping in late saturday morning, eating or drinking differently on the weekend, sleeping in a different location (like the couch), etc.
Try making your saturday like any other day and see what happens.

Maybe it has to do with something in particular you do on your Saturdays that causes it. Examine your schedule and try to see if any element in your routine tasks on Saturdays are recurrent in your dreams. It's possible, because dreams (and nightmares) have a basis on an event done in the course of the day. Try altering your sleeping patterns, like purposefully going to sleep early.

Do these dreams have a common theme or are they different? Dreams are our body's way of sorting out our thoughts and stuff.
Did you see a scary movie lately? Did you witness a fatal accident? Did something horrible happen in your life or the life of a loved one?
I would maybe talk it over with a counselor or someone who is an expert on the subject.

what are you eating before going to bed could be the cause food can give you heart burn and up set your stomach which could react to thinking in pain and give your mind that thought don't eat late before going to sleep and don't watch freaky scaring movies or talk to anyone that your angry with before hitting the sack sometimes the reaction of your clothes or a picture on the wall or a certain smell could do it too change the surroundings like lite some lavender in scents in the room right before going to sleep or burn a spearmint candle for soothing to mind and body it is a nice smell and relaxes you too!

pray, ask god to give you peace, or stop getting enough sleep, when you get enough sleep you tend to remember your dreams better, because no matter what you have at least 4 dreams every night. Actually, try both of those because praying should be something you always do no matter what.

I heard once that if you tell someone what the nightmare was actually about, you wont have it anymore.
