"...The issue of illegal immigration is less about charity or human kindness and more about national sovereignty, borders, and a nation’s purpose for existing. The victims of illegal immigration are the American people. Why is Congress, the Senate and the President considering the welfare of Mexican citizens before they listen to the will of the American people?"

There Kissing Illegals @ss in hopes of FUTURE votes. Meanwhile they completely Ignore the MAJORITY of Americans who want Illegals dealt with. 70 to 80% of Americans Oppose Amnisty and those same numbers wnat Illegals Gone. It truly Shows our Politicians we have in Office now care more about there Political party than they do our Country. That's why WE have to send those in DC a Very Loud and very clear message this November. We can't get the Illegals out of America until we get there Supports out of Washington. VOTE against ALL PRO Illegals this November. Tell everyone you know to VOTE register now make a difference and help reclaim America.

Well, because they've got their priorities split in terms of who they think they represent, I guess....while it is important to remember that ALL people around the world have basic human rights, at the same time this does not translate into 'free ride on america's dime', but unfortunately our Congress-critters see great political mileage to be derived from The Great Big Perpetual Handout, and accordingly they use that as nothing less than dummy-bait. Don't take the bait, and DO write to Congress strongly adjuring them to expedite the completion of the US/Mexico border fence, the phase-out of 'sanctuary cities', as well as augmenting the US Border Patrol to the point where it can effectively and efficiently do it's job, along with professional disinterested-third-party oversight to ensure that border security does not become the next Useless White Elephant. They really have to do their jobs on this one, regardless of how many hispanic votes or whatever they think they can muster by fiddling around with/sandbagging law enforcement. We voted em in, we can vote em out, time to listen to the american voter, not Big Lettuce or whatever...while we're at it, the country's deeply in debt, time maybe to start shutting down MORE welfare programs? We know there'll always be taxation, but it's that representation and public accountability part that's really taken a hit over the years, in my view...and the way to restore it is by starting at your city council, write to your county, your state, your congressman, get these people thinking along the lines of how to best and most efficiently 'pull the plug' on illegal immigration, be it from Mexico, be it from Mars, it really doesn't matter.

Foreign aid is one thing, gross negligence is something else...

Don’t speak for all of us…..because I am an “American” and I have never been victimized due to illegal immigration of Mexican Citizens. I live in a small city where there are approximately 6k “Mexican Citizens” (legal or not) in a city that is not more than a population of 11k. “They” don’t stay home, they are not lazy, they are not dirty, and they work very hard. “They” are very productive citizens. Our Mayor came from Mexico….completed his process and now is a US Citizen, attorney and judge. You know it’s ironic, we hold the prestigious title of “All American City”….and we’re up for it again. So don’t consider “their” welfare……they don’t want you to. And don’t speak for all of us “Americans.”

All that matters to them is votes.
All of you who think its "not nice" to have a boarder live in a fantasy world. The Mexican police would arrest you in a heart beat if you were there illegally.
Go look at life in Mexico. Do you want that brought here?

It is a huge problem and it is not because of the media. Who ever said that must be very misinformed. I think they will have to listen soon as the American people have had it and our taking action.

Ok, I get your question, you want our government to worry about its citizens first. But I think that they are, they just realize that illegal immigration is not the HUGE problem that the media is making it out to be.

"The victims of illegal immigration are the American people".

Hear hear !

Go scream it from the roof tops. Will it make a difference ?.

Mmmmmmmmmm...

Now 4 ur q.

In a few words:

VOTES VOTES VOTES VOTES...

There's the Latin language vote to worry about and "we just woodden wanna rock the boat, would we ?".

But _I KNEW IT WAS OVER_ when the president was campaigning in 2000 stated "Unidos Podemos". Remember that ?

¿Podemos hacer lo que? ¡Oh, nada! Apenas asuma el control el país.

Kinda late in the day to plug up the dike, see.

untapped resource of votes (and a new "working class"), well, it would be if elections werent fixed, but they are politicians, and they have to play their political games. for now. research the north american union and things may become clearer to you. mexico, canada and the us restructured into an entity similar to the european union. the us will not be sovereign much longer.
