Dark brown or black can be a bit dramatic, but some people can pull it off. I love red hair, but people with fair skin and bright red hair tend to look paler. If you want to try red hair, do a deep brownish-auburn color. Bright whitish-blonde hair will look horrible, it will blend into your skin and look weird. A darker dirty or sandy blonde will look great with your skin. Just make sure you go to a good salon and your hair color doesn't look fake (ala Lindsay Lohan). If you're making a big change, you may want to lighten or darken your hair a few shades at a time.

I think most people with fair skin have red hair. I don't think it looks so good because it just makes your skin look paler. Blonde maybe?

People that are pale usually have light colored hair as well. So if you are going for a more natural look, keep it light, but do some low-lights to keep it interesting.

whatever you do, dont have black hair or else you'll look like you're from the adam's family!! light brown with blonde highlights would look nice.
