I'm with ecowboy on this, but if you think about it, if Mary is the Immaculate Conception, that doesn't mean no one else is. She's the only one we know about. I think that if you read the book of Tobit, there is a rule about how you approach the wedding bed (ie, without lust) which makes the moment more sacred than selfish. Its not about your own enjoyment, its about embracing the future
edit: honestly, don't people read? The Immaculate Conception is Mary, not Jesus. That means that Mary's parents conceived her without sin. It does not refer to the virgin birth

It is a term believers use to describe a non-biological one of a kind conception. A virgin becomes pregnant and the father isn't human.
