If you mean to gain eternal life, I'm sorry, but there is no decision to make because there is no such thing as eternal life except in vampire movies and the bible, neither of which have any relation to reality.
Just enjoy the time you have on this earth now, don't hurt people, love your family and do what makes you happy (short of hurting others) and know that's enough.

To willingly, cooperatively, humbly focus on KNOWING, LOVING and SERVING the Lord intimately in all thoughts, words and actions as many milliseconds of the day-night-breaths as possible.

regulations are made via political judgements, therefore they impression our lives. certain, it truly is mandatory to be conscious, to care, to voice your beliefs for your representatives and to vote. each and every next man or woman who makes a decision now to not pay interest, learn, voice and vote is one a lot less voice worrying. Democracy would not artwork if no one cares. and also you've seen the options.

"I call heaven and earth to witness against you: I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Choose life, then, that you and your descendants may live by loving the Lord, your God, heeding his voice, and holding fast to him." (Deuterononmy 30:19f)
