Electrolysis is the ONLY permanent way to remove hair. Don't believe the ads for laser hair removal. I spent thousands of dollars on that and ALL the hair came back within months. Also, any method that pulls at the root, like waxing or tweezing, is going to stimulate more hair growth. Electrolysis takes a while and requires an investment money-wise as well, but it truly is the ONLY way to permanently remove hair.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

You can get a laser hair removal and it shouldn't ever grow back. And waxing isn't permanent.

I have moustache just up to my lips and it's really like end of the world for a female!
I tried to have laser hair removal, it's a long painful process (twice a month and very hot treatment) but the hair grows less and smooth, the doctor said we can't have it removed cos it'll always grow. But the laser will smoothen the hair and it's getting thinner and thinner day by day...
It really works! try it!

Electrolysis is a fashion of removing person hairs from the face or physique. on the instant's scientific electrolysis gadgets wreck the upward push center of the hair with chemical or warmth capability. an relatively high-quality probe is inserted into the hair follicle on the exterior of the exterior. The hair is then bumped off harmlessly with forceps.

laser hair removal can dramatically lower the amount of hair you have, but I dont know about permanently gone... there'll just be way less.
the only way your hair could be permenently be GONE is probably if you burned your skin pretty badly in that area... and that would probably be very painfull.
