How can i tell to my friend that she is really annoying sometimes without affecting our friendship?

Don't tell a sensitive friend that she is annoying. If you want to help her, tell her specifics. Tell her something she is doing wrong and how to correct it. It is unfair just to tell someone that she is annoying.

i had a friend JUST like that. key word: HAD

if you know they'll go crazy if you say anything, the easiest thing to do is just cut back on talking to them and you and her will grow apart.. it's not that hard, especially if you or her go on vacation, just dont talk to her while she's gone and while she's back!

OR you can say something VERY mean to her and she'll probably ignore you, so there ya go!

I have the same problem, so I just started ignoring her a bit by not hanging out with her often nor making the phone calls
