The problem with most drivers is that society has them kept in a cycle of going and going fast or having no manners. Like putting singal on instead of pulling in front of a car all of a sudden. Road rage is very common now in America alone. Maybe people who get in accidents learn their lessons and maybe not. If people do not get caught will do it again . I usually will blow my horn at them and then sometimes if it makes me mad i will blink my lights to warn them to be careful next time and it works.

Well, it is dangerous, but, I can generally spot a nutso who's going to do that. watch how they're driving as they approach you from behind and see what they've already done.. if they're in a hurry, you don't matter, and their destination is more important than yours. at least, in their puny minds. But, not hate.. too strong for some weenie I don't know..
Always anticipate someone who comes up behind you in a hurry, even on multi-lane highways.. keeps you safe.

Yes, but I do have to forgive them, obviously they couldn't afford the 'turn signal' package on their cars.
We can't blame them! Obviously it is a VERY expensive option to add.....especially in LA or NY.

they're certainly irritating enough you'd wanted to give them dose of their own medicine ... but i'm sure, they will learn their lesson someday ...

I don't mind it much, if they just keep going and stay out of my way. What really makes me angry is when they cut me off, and then go slow.
