I suggest two natural supplements Liver DTX Complex and NutriFeron.
Liver DTX Complex: Contains milk thistle seed extract which is shown to support the regeneration of lever cells.
NutriFeron: A patented, clinically proven blend of immune-strengthening plant extracts. Taken daily, NutriFeron strengthens immune response by boosting the body's natural interferon.
The formula for NutriFeron is proven by four published human clinical studies. Only XXXXXXX has the exclusive worldwide marketing rights to this patented formula for human dietary supplement use.
Here's a testimony and also my niece has Hepatitus C.
"As a result of a blood transfusion in 1972 my husband contracted Hepatitis C. His liver enzymes were up to 800. The doctors wanted to put him in the hospital. He told them he wanted to try to bring them down himself. He stopped drinking totally and taking over the counter pain medications (since both are very hard on the liver), and I began giving him Liver DTX Complex which contains Milk Thistle and several other herbs. His liver enzymes went down to 200. After that we could not get his liver enzymes any lower. At this time we were facing my husband going for a liver biopsy to determine the extent of the damage and they wanted to get him on interferon treatments, which I have been told make you feel extremely ill (as if you have the flu all the time). Then I learned about NutriFeron, and how it boosts the body's natural interferon, so I began giving him 2 per day along with 2 DTX per day. At his last appointment the doctor told him that he does not need to go back to the gastroenterologist anymore because his liver enzymes are 34...perfectly normal. Makes me want to cry, and my husband is absolutely ecstatic. THANK YOU XXXXXXX."
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me for more info.

No herbal remedies have been research proven to contain or cure hepatitis c. Many companies that sell alternative products will claim or imply a cure because liver enzyme levels have returned to normal, but many people with hep c have liver enzyme levels within normal limits anyway. Plus, enzyme levels tend to fluctuate with this disease as inflammation occurs.
While some herbal treatments may make people feel better, please don't assume that the liver is healing. The only herbal treatment that has shown (through research) to help the liver is Milk Thistle, and that was only with alcoholic cirrhosis, not hepatitis C. Please see a good gastroenterologist (who treats a significant number of HCV patients) to make sure you're health is in good hands. I had hep c and did the treatment 6 years ago. I've been virus free since Nov. 2000. The treatment is temporary; and with the newer pegylated interferon, the sustained response rate is much higher than it was even back when I did it. Good luck to you.

Susan is right. Fish oil (essential fatty acids: Omega 3-6-9) aids in its ability to aid and protect nerve function. Your brain is 70% fat give ot take. The ginko biloba helps the brain oxygenate better. A winning combination, you really can't over do the fish oil but make sure it's a quality product (if it tastes or smells fishy then its oxidizing). The ginko should be taken as directed on the bottle (all brands are a bit different in their processing). Taking too much is worse than not taking enough so follow what the manufacturer suggests.

A perfect example of the success of natural healing, and the usual sorrty tale for the drug and surgery mongers.
A diet which removes all possible aspects of agitation of the disease is essential. Ni alcohol, or caffein, or sugar. Its best to avoid all unnatural foods, and a diet of fruit, green leaved vegetables, nuts and seeds will help. Cutting out all animal products will help. Avoid MSG, Aspartame and other 'flavourings preservatives and colourings' which are in so much of our food.
A three day fast with just water, would do no harm. Freehly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice will help a lot, like apple and carrot for example.

Be careful with your medicines. Some medicines, even those prescribed by your doctor, may have the side effect of causing liver damage. Talk to your doctor about whether you should avoid certain prescription or over-the-counter drugs.
Avoid alcohol
