I'm sick of my dad yelling at me for listening to what my mom tells me to do, and my mom yelling at me for listening to what my dad tells me to do. I want to drop out of school, get a job and move out as fast as i can.

I believe The age for dropping out of school in Fl. is 16, but why, for peat sake, would you want to do that? Your Parents in conflick is not your fault. You should express your feelings to your Parents. Let them know how you feel. If that dosn't work,you might try your student Councelor. Thats what they are there for. Maybe even a Teacher or Paster. But, Whatever you do, Don't drop out of school. Education is the key to your success & future.

You can do two things. (A) pay the attorney's fee and become an emancipated minor (declaring yourself an adult). (B) Wait until you are 18 then get a job and move out :D Until the age of 18 you gotta stay in school.

so what kind of job do you want to get as a high-school (?) dropout? besides flipping burgers at mcdonalds. which, with no health care plan, and minimum wage, just isn't going to get you very far in life.
i'm very sorry that your parents seem to be so acrimonious toward each other. but don't let the mistakes that they've made in life screw up your life. you've got to be stronger than that.
