First off what makes you say he is a neocon, or is that just to run them down. Second it depends what he is found guilty OF. If it is First Degree Murder, and I doubt that he will be found of ANY Murder based on what has come out BUT trying to answer you, then I would assume he will get life or Life Without Parole depending on what Colorado uses.

What ever it mean,I think if they have the slightest inclination,the tiniest suspicion that him or any body that hurt a child in any kind of way,should be:
Branded in there face and turned back into society with no laws to protect them.Then the good men of this country can issue the kind of punishment they deserve.

SO FAR IT SOUNDS LIKE HE IS MAKING UP EVERYTHING AND DIDN'T DO IT, BUT IF HE DID, I THINK HE SHOULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY AND PREFERABLY A SLOW AND PAINFULL DEATH LIKE JONBENET SUFFERED. IF HE REALLY DIDN'T KILL HER HE SHOULD STILL GET SOME SORT OF PUNISHMENT FOR FALSELY CONFESSING.
