i got a job and there's a guy that caught my interest. how can i make him interested in me? we only say 'hi' to each other and sometimes he askes me "how are you?" but i don't give him elaborate answers so the talk fades out. and when he enters in my office he doesn't look at me as far as i observed...

the next time he says 'how are you' answer really good or not great this opens the door for him to ask 'why' etc etc . no conversation longer than one sentence goes without introductions etc. that's it ,you now have a real conversation on the go .good luck !

The best thing that you can do to get a guy's attention is to be yourself. Don't change yourself for nobody and don't be the somebody that you're not. Continue to have small conversations with him and see how this goes. He'll notice you eventually and if not, his loss.

Talk to him. Conversation, communicate, discuss something he is interested in. See something on his desk, ie sports stuff or hobby etc, bring it up. You may need to do this a few times depends on how perceptive he is and how interested.
